INS Vikramaditya Reaches The Arabian Sea

India's mighty new aircraft carrier has finally entered the Arabian Sea after a long. non-stop journey of over 8000 nautical miles from Russia, and will be reaching it's home base near Karwar early next week.

In this pic from the Times of India, you can see the mighty carrier on the extreme left escorted by India's other carrier, the INS Viraat in the foreground, stealth frigate INS Teg in the background, and destroyer INS Mumbai on the right.

Mighty impressive, huh? At a price tag of 2.33B USD, which goes up to 5B USD considering the price of the on-board aircrafts and the berth at Karwar, this is India's biggest military platform till date. And something to be very proud of!

Enemies, beware!
