Resting Cat

Sometimes, man creates something better than the original - and this is nowhere more true than in this amazing watercolor painting a close friend of mine presented me today. Can't wait to get my hands on the original, to frame it and put it up to show off proudly to everyone!

Cool! Such a great painting. Where do I find myself a close friend this one? :)
Nothing like having a friend who is genuinely creative, talented and expresses sheer passion through art. Wish I could buy this. You are lucky to have your friend. This is pure talent, dude. I think you should show off the painting AND your friend. Blown away by this one. Just wow. Does your friend sell the paintings?

Will pass on the compliments :) and no, sadly, my friend doesn't sell.. Yet. Am hoping to change that!

Your friend has captured the calmness of a snoozing cat with seemingly-effortless ease. Obviously ultra-gifted, one who can capture serenity in a painting.
You can't buy talent like this, either you got it or you don't.
I agree, you are lucky to know this close friend. As for me, I don't personally know anyone this gifted.

Ingenious! I admire artists the most, they capture human emotion in a painting and make it more tangible.....and that's hard to do. .

Just super! What a talented person this friend must be. I too agree and say one cannot buy such raw talent. You are lucky to have your friend.
