Shades Of Pink In England

One interesting observation I have about the Olympics so far - the really pretty and unique shades of pinkish purple and red... is it a conscious branding effort, bringing color and freshness into a drab English atmosphere? Intentional or otherwise, it has worked... the TV coverage is absolutely beautiful to watch!
