Long back I had written an article (http://adityasspoddar.blogspot.in/2007/10/corporate-bandwidth-20.html) when Websense had all started in PSL (PSPL then, if I remember correctly :) ). The gist of the post was to vote against site blocking tools and rater urging companies to become part of this Web 2.0 change!
It gives me immense happiness to see this happening right in front of me.
Not to mention I like eMee gamification approach of PSL and unblocking of social sites like FB (So I have heard, correct me if I got it wrong).
I am sure all companies will sooner or later follow suit and wishing you (And the team behind it) all the very best for eMee!
BTW, I really liked the video about eMee you have shared and also the fact that its on 'Youtube' (is it unblocked too in the company? :D) rather than Slideshare :) .
