Arun Bhatia

Met Arun Bhatia yesterday... Mr Bhatia, if you remember, is ex Pune Municipal Commissioner, an IAS officer-turned-anti-corruption-crusader. Had a small chat with him - told him how I have been reading about his work - his answer to that was - don't read yaar, vote karo. :)

One thing that strikes you about Mr Bhatia is his personality - and his fit and impressive physique. Even at this age, he can put most young heroes to shame.

Read a bit about Arun Bhatia. Fifteen minutes of my Sunday Morning, qualitatively spent,
reading about him and it has already left me awed by his personality and swelled up with
pride!

A man that stands by his principles. An undeterrent advocate of honesty and unrelenting fight against corruption. Having the courage to stand for elections independently, and still managing to bank in around sixty thousand votes coupled with his professional track record, speaks volumes about the authenticity showcased by this man!

A couple of Bhatias with the courage to stand up and fight for more, if supported by Indians, who decide to actively stand together and break the norms of well established political parties can bring about another revolution in this Nation.
Just one last push and the India of our dreams will emerge!

This one I liked. A page dedicated to all his supporters from the 2004 elections.
